
Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Zumba is a Latin music based dance/exercise class. It is an all over body workout that not only gives you cardio but also great toning and core workouts. No experience is required except a desire to have fun. You can move at your own pace and skill level but don't be surprised when you see how quickly you become stronger.
